I have a little frog, his name is Tiny Tim.
I put him in the bathtub to see if he could swim.
He drank up all the water and gobbled up the soap!
And when he tried to talk, he had a BUBBLE in his throat!
(children’s song)

Once upon a time, the Rudawa River flowed down the middle of what is now Retoryka Street, and the sound of croaking frogs could be heard for miles around. The frog on the façade of the Singing Frog House is no ordinary amphibian: it’s known as the Terrible Frog and it’s depicted plays the mandolin. The instrument symbolises the building’s former function as a music school. Do you know what a mandolin looks like?
