This year, the festival's main inspiration is noir cinema with its dark atmosphere, protagonists and their convoluted lives, as well as unobvious endings… It will be a journey into the land of mysteries, with neon signs inviting the viewers to visit places that are best kept a secret.

The festival’s programme features Madness – an exhibition of art by young artists, film screenings, animation show, jam session and a concert by the NOIR Orchestra – an ensemble established for the ARS LATRANS Festival – and their special guests. This interdisciplinary event will take place in the well-known venues, such as the Pod Baranami and Paradox cinemas, as well as the Harris Piano Jazz Bar, but also spots that match the festival's atmosphere of mystery. As the organizers from the Ars Latrans Associations stated: “We showcase independent art. We are not afraid to experiment”.
