Niepołomice invites you to the 16th Fields of Glory – a living lesson of history treated as fun and as a passion.

This year the theme is Antiquity, so you can enjoy re-enactments from the period of ancient Greece and the Roman Empire.
Fields of Glory is a major event that has been taking place in Niepołomice for more than a dozen years. For three days, visitors from Poland and abroad have the chance to learn about the history and even become a part of it. The festival is organised by real enthusiasts and experts of the past who recreate historical military units, sew costumes and uniforms, create weapons and ride horses. And if someone prefers to delve into the realities of everyday life instead of the military, they have the chance to meet passionate cultural and craft history enthusiasts. Dances are held in the courtyard and in the chambers you can find models , mock-ups and game boards.

board games,
models exhibition,
scientific conference.
On Sunday, September 25, at 11:00, a spectacular parade will pass through the streets of Niepołomice, during which all the participating troops will present themselves.
